Shipping Locations 

We currently offer delivery to all pin codes across India. At this time, we do not provide shipping services outside of India. 

Processing Time 

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the moment your order is confirmed. Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent with full order details. 

Delivery Timeline 

Standard delivery usually takes 3-8 business days, ensuring that your fashion selections reach you promptly and safely. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can request a re-delivery after addressing the issue. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic evidence. 

In the event that a shipment is lost during transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and, upon verification, offer a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
