RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Returns 

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 

  • Ensure that all tags, labels, and packaging are returned in their original state. 
     
  • Items that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any manner are not eligible for returns . 
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe. 
     
  • Any product that does not meet the specified conditions will not qualify for return. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 

Email your return request, including your Order ID and reason for return, to fairfieldwebtechpursuitpvtltd@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos 

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photographs showing the issue to facilitate faster processing. 

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions 

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item. 

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements. 

Refund Process and Timeline 

Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon confirmation, refunds will be applied to the payment method used for the purchase within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

If an item partially meets return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue when contacting us via email for prompt resolution.
